13th Company Raven Guard

Endurance’s Dark Zealots 

Created in secret, lost in the pages of time, the 13th Company is ready to return to Ravenspire and once again be the Emperor’s chosen to defend the Imperium in its time of need.   They  come bearing a warning, one to surely rock the foundations of the Imperium.  Their homeworld, at the edge of the galaxy, in a sector known as the Halo Zone, borders the large tomb worlds of the Necron scourge.  In the past century, more and more tomb worlds begin to stir as the once great Necron empire awakens.  The 13th Company has done their best to raid and destroy many tombs, but they are outgunned and undermanned.  The Empire of Mankind must act or be overrun by the malevolent forces of the Necrontyr attempt to reestablish their ancient kingdom.  Can Shadow Captain Ivan Verillian of the 13th Company convince the High Lords of Terra to assist him in defeating the Necrons before its too later whilst defending his planet from the dread Dark Eldar?

The 13th Company is a shadow company created by Lord Corax, Primarch of the Raven Guard.  In the 32nd Millennia they departed  Deliverance with secret orders to rebuild the legion on the fringe of the galaxy.  They came to the Halo Zone in the Segmentum Pacificus, a nearly impossible region to navigate even then.  Here in the Halo Zone they found a 15 planet system, held together by a red dwarf star.  This system became the Pica system and home to the 13th Company on its 6th planet known as “Endurance.“  The 13th company did not travel into such deep space alone though, with them came the Adeptus Mechanicus led by Magos Victus and a large fleet of refugees from Lycaeus which was effectively wrecked in the Horus Heresy.  These groups settled most of the other planets in the system, creating the forge world Capulon and the hive world Svarga.  With this coalition of planets, Pica system has survived for millennia in such an isolated area of space.  The 13th Company has benefited greatly from being so close to such planets and thus have accomplished their mission as it was given to them by Lord Corax.
